Submission Guidelines

The FFC International Conference on Future Operations for Research and Green Environment (FORGE-2026) invites researchers, academicians, industry professionals, innovators, and students to submit their original work for presentation under one of the following categories:

  • Oral Presentation
  • Poster Presentation
  • Full Paper

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and relevant to the conference themes.

1. Full-Length Paper Submission

Authors are requested to download the Full-Length Paper Template from the Downloads section of the conference website.

Important Note:

  • Full-length paper will be published in MDPI Environmental and Earth Sciences Proceedings (no Impact Factor). Publication is subject to peer review and editorial acceptance and is not guaranteed. The publication/processing fee is PKR 20,000 per accepted paper (may reduce based on publishing cost). 
  • All submitting authors will submit plagiarism report with <20%. Appropriate use of AI tools is permitted; however, substantive AI use must be disclosed, and authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their work. Fabrication/manipulation of data, results, references, or scientific evidence using AI is not permitted.

2. Oral Presentation

Oral Presentation Must Be submitted online in PPT/PPTX format using this link
Duration= 10 mins

 

3. Poster Presentation

Poster presentations design must follow following Instructions

  • Size: Portrait — 60 × 100 cm
  • Please ensure that the poster is prepared in a clear, professional format and includes the paper title, authors, affiliations, methodology, key results, and conclusions.
