GIK Institute Start-up selected for Start-up Chile Program

A Start-up of GIK Institute’s The Incubator, “Micropower Pakistan” got selected at one of the world's biggest accelerator program, as part of the program the team lead by Abdullah Soomro (Batch 20 FME) will receive equity free USD 35,000 as seed grant and a 6 months accelerator program at Santiago Chile, for the 13th Generation of Start-up Chile. Total 90 Start-ups were selected from around the world, and only one from Pakistan.

Micropower Pakistan has created world's cheapest rapid charging battery bank 'Flash-E', which has a universal charging option and can be charged via dock provided with the product within 14 Minutes and also has the option to be charged from Micro USB and a Solar Panel which is optional with the product.

The team comprises of Mr. Abdullah Soomro and Abdull Haseeb (Batch 20 FEE). Details of the program are given at Start-up Chile Website.
